Developer Pragmatic Play has announced the launch of its latest slot, Drill That Gold.
The brand-new game takes you away on a mining adventure, where treasure, riches, and secrets await.
Drill That Gold uses a traditional 5×3 layout with 20 paylines, and the game has an RTP of 96.49% with high volatility, which means you’re more likely to make infrequent large wins over regular small ones.
The game requires a bet of between £0.20 and £100, and the symbols available in the slot include a miner, a jewel, a mining cart, a lamp, and pickaxe, a Bonus drill, a Wild detonator, and the traditional A, K, Q, J, and 10 symbols too.
Drill That Gold is now available with all Pragmatic Play-partnered casino operators, including Casumo, PlayOJO, Playzee, Dream Vegas, Spin Rider, PlayGrand, Casimba, SlotsMillion Miami Dice, and more.
Like all other Pragmatic Play casino games, the Wild symbol substitutes all other symbols except the Bonus, which can help create additional wins. What’s more, any spin that doesn’t result in a win will trigger a random modifier to change the outcome to a win of at least 10x your bet or lands enough Bonus symbols to trigger the Golden Spins feature.
The miner symbol can transform into a silver drill symbol by landing as a full vertical stack. The silver drill symbol will expand, transform into a Wild, and award a cash prize of between 2x and 100x your bet.
Meanwhile, landing three or more Bonus symbols triggers the Golden Spins feature. When this happens, six, eight or 10 spins are awarded, and during the spins, a new type of drill will appear that transforms into a Wild and reveal a cash prize of between 5x and 1,000x your bet.
When the miner symbol lands on the reels during the feature, the reel it lands on will nudge up or down to bring a full vertical stack, transforming it into a drill symbol. Landing more Bonus symbols in the feature triggers more spins.
Finally, the Drill That Gold slot has an ante bet you can enable, which increases the bet multiplier by 25% to 25x bet per line. When playing with the ante bet, all drills will be gold to guarantee money awards.
In a statement, Yossi Barzely, the Chief Business Development Officer at Pragmatic Play, said: “Drill That Gold delivers our players an underground adventure packed with mystery prizes and the ability to unlock wild reels that can see them gain a treasure trove of riches within the mines.
“Nudging elements seen in many land-based casinos are a key feature of the bonus round and our team integrated these seamlessly into the free spins mode.”
The release of Drill That Gold comes after the studio announced the launch of other games, including Spaceman, Tic Tac Take, Rainbow Gold, Wild Beach Party, Queenie, Extra Juicy MegaWays, Snakes & Ladders Megadice, Might Of Ra, Elemental Gems MegaWays, and more.
It also comes after the studio revealed that it’s expanding its gambling offering by launching its new sportsbook vertical.
