Developer Play’n GO has launched its new video slot, Mega Don.
The brand-new casino game whisks you to the depths of the sea, where you’ll have to face a shiver of sharks while searching for treasure and other riches.
Mega Don uses a 5×4 layout with 1,024 paylines, and it has an RTP of 94.2% with medium variance, which means you’re given an equal chance to make both big and small wins.
The game requires a bet of between £0.10 and £100 per spin, and its symbols include a Wild symbol, a Mega Don, a hammerhead shark, a leopard shark, and several other multicoloured fish.
Mega Don is available with all PlayOJO-partnered mobile casinos, including PlayOJO, 44Aces, Playjango, Genesis Casino, Casino Gods, SlotsMillion, Casoola, Videoslots, Kassu, Casumo, and more.
Mega Don comes with a slew of special features, including Wild symbols that substitute for all symbols except Scatter symbols. What’s more, there’s a Snack Time mechanic, where up to three random small fish symbols are selected and upgraded in the base game. If they appear on the reels, they transform into Shark symbols.
Landing three or more Scatter symbols, you trigger the Shark Feast, where you’ll earn between six and 12 free spins and between one and three Upgrading Symbols. When the Upgrading Symbols appear on the reels, they transform into Shark symbols.
You can also re-trigger the Shark Feast feature by landing three or more Scatter symbols during the Free Spins. When this happens, you can earn between three and nine spins and between one and three Upgrading Symbols.
Charlotte Miliziano, the Head of Games at Play’n GO, said of the game: “Retention is a big part of planning what games we make and how we make them. Features that provide value for the player in terms of entertainment mean that they are more likely to come back and play the game time and time again.
“Titles like Mega Don are reminiscent of franchises in other entertainment sectors which carry with them a hint of nostalgia combined with new engaging features is why we see this game swimming to success.”
