Yggdrasil has released a brand new online slot.
The independent game provider, known for slots such as Baron Samedi and Trolls Bridge, announced the news this week, revealing that the slot was developed exclusively for Swedish casino and sports betting operator ATG.
Racing Lovers is a horse racing-themed online slot that uses a 5×3 layout and includes symbols based on four racehorses. The game is also packed with special features that can help players make more winning combinations.
Landing three or more extra spin symbols triggers the slot’s Pick&Click feature where players are presented with 13 riding caps and must select several of them. Doing so rewards players with free spins, multiplier or Wilds symbols to help create more winning combinations.
The game also benefits from traditional gameplay mechanics and features including Wild symbols and the usual free spins feature.
Natalya Ovchinnikova, the Product Owner of Slots at Yggdrasil, said in a statement: “Racing Lovers combines classic slot game gameplay that players love with the exciting and popular sport of horse racing, offering a thrilling and unique experience for a variety of player types.

The launch of Racing Lovers comes just months after the sportsbook ATG launched its online casino in January and shortly after the two firms extended their content agreement.
For now, Yggdrasil’s Racing Lovers slot is only available at ATG and it is currently unknown whether or not it will ever debut at other online casinos or in the United Kingdom. Watch this space to find out.
