PlayOJO Casino Launches New ‘Safe Mate’ Responsible Gambling Tool

PlayOJO Safer Gambling Tool

PlayOJO Casino has partnered with Neccton to launch its ‘Safe Mate’ responsible gambling tool.

The leading online casino has launched the ‘Safe Mate’ tool to help customers monitor their gambling behaviour. To achieve this, the tool tracks how much money customers have deposited and wagered and how much time they’ve spent gambling over a six-month period.

According to iGamingBusiness, Neccton’s tool tracks player data and detects changes in behaviour or any risk patterns. The ‘Safe Mate’ tool, developed in collaboration with behavioural scientists and psychologists, also flags signs of problem gambling.

In addition to the above, the PlayOJO tool allows players to compare what they think they’ve spent with their actual spending, gives players a health score and encouragement when their habits change, and if players are considered at risk, gives them personalised feedback and communication to help discourage problem gambling behaviour.

Peter Bennet, the Head of Brand at PlayOJO, said in a statement: “We are delighted to partner with Neccton to offer our players this state-of-the-art new safer gambling tool.

“We pride ourselves on being the fair online casino and bingo site, and will continue to find new innovative methods and tools to help promote safe play for our customers.”

The ‘Safe Mate’ tool has launched on the PlayOJO Casino site in the United Kingdom, Spain, and Sweden.

PlayOJO Casino, operated by SkillOnNet, is one of the biggest online casinos in the United Kingdom. The website promotes itself as the “fair” casino for offering players promotions with no wagering or win limits.

The new ‘Safe Mate’ tool is just one of PlayOJO’s numerous responsible gambling features and tools designed to help customers. Other services include PlayOJO’s customer support, tight affordability checks, time limits, and more.
