Peter & Sons Partners With Yggdrasil For Dungeon Tower MultiMax

Dungeon Tower MultiMax

Developer Peter & Sons has announced the launch of its brand-new video slot with Yggdrasil, Dungeon Tower MultiMax.

The new slot tells the story of a now-forgotten tower filled with creatures that guard the treasure of a once-great king.

Dungeon Tower MultiMax uses a 5×5 grid layout with an RTP of 96.1% with high volatility, so you’re more likely to make large, infrequent wins when playing.

The slot requires a bet of between £0.20 and £50, and its symbols include skulls, keys, goblins, spiders, rats,  books, and stone hieroglyphs.

Special Features

The Dungeon Tower MultiMax comes with several special features, including a Cluster Pays mechanic in which three or more linearly matching symbols made vertically or horizontally create a winning combination.

Symbols that form winning combinations are removed from the reels and trigger a cascade, where new symbols fall to replace them. Up to three Wild symbols, which substitute for any other symbol except the Scatter symbol, fall to replace them.

Wild symbols cannot be removed until they form a winning combination, and they increase the reel multiplier of their corresponding reel by 1x. The reel multiplier is applied to all wins but resets once the spin ends after all cascades.

Landing three or more Scatter symbols triggers the Free Spins mode. Landing three, four or five Scatter symbols trigger seven, nine or 11 spins. The free spins play in the same way as the base game, but reel multipliers do not reset between spins and continually increase until the free spins mode ends.

Finally, the game has a golden bet that doubles the chance of landing the free spins mode for an extra 0.20x your bet.

What They Say

Stuart McCarthy, the Head of Product & Programs at Yggdrasil, said in a statement: “Unsurprisingly, Peter & Sons have once again delivered a visually stunning, excitement-filled slot that will delight fans of thrilling high volatility gameplay.

“We genuinely can’t wait to see this MultiMax hit land in casino lobbies.”

Yann Bautista, the Business Development Manager at Peter & Sons, added: “We’ve set the bar incredibly high when it comes to games released alongside Yggdrasil, so being able to utilise this MultiMax mechanic was a huge deal for us.

“We feel this dark release is a stellar addition to our portfolio and we hope operators and players enjoy it as much as we do.”

The news comes as Yggdrasil continues to release new content with its partnered development studios, including AvatarUX’s Zombie aPOPalypse, 4ThePlayer’s 7 Gold GigaBlox, Bang Bang Games’ Jekyllz Wild Ultranudge, Jelly’s Wild Fishin’ Wild Ways, and more.
