Microgaming New Games August 2021

Leading game developer Microgaming has released its casino game roadmap for August 2021.

In a blog post shared on the Microgaming website, the titular game studio announced a slew of games set to release with the firm’s partnered gambling operators. The games are all based on various themes and have been developed by different studios.

At the time of writing, a handful of games have already been released and are playable with Microgaming-partnered operators. They include Wild Flower by Big Time Gaming, Real Roulette With Rishi by Real Dealer, and Scarab Kingdom by Just For The Win.

Other games that have already been released include Rock The Reels MegaWays by Iron Dog Studios, Instant Bingo by Gamevy, Sisters Of Oz: Jackpots by Triple Edge Studios, Jungle Falls by Inspired, and Game Of Thrones Power Stacks by Slingshot Studios.

Like other MegaWays titles, this slot is jam-packed with features such as an avalanche mechanic with cascading wins, multipliers, sticky wilds, moving wilds, and more.

Tomorrow, on August 17, Alchemy Gaming will release its Africa X UP. The African-themed slot uses gorgeous animal-based visuals and symbols, and it uses a 5×3 layout with 243 paylines. Special features available in the slot include expanding symbols, a free spins mode, wild symbols, and plenty more.

The news comes as Microgaming continues to expand its player reach and add additional developers to its aggregation platform. Back in May, the developer boosted its presence in Europe after signing a content agreement with BLOX, under which a selection of Microgaming games were made available with the firm’s aggregation platform.

Yggdrasil Launches In Slovakia After Extending Tipsport Partnership

Meanwhile, developer Yggdrasil has made its debut in the Slovakian gambling market after extending its partnership with operator Tipsport.

The game studio’s initial agreement saw it launch its games in the Czech Republic with Tipsport, but under the strengthened agreement, Yggdrasil’s entire portfolio of games have been made available in Slovakia with the operator.

According to European Gaming, the agreement includes titles using Yggdrasil’s Game Engagement Mechanics (GEM) and all exclusive content from the YG Masters program.

The deal helps extend Yggdrasil’s player reach worldwide while also expanding the content available to Tipsport customers in Slovakia. The operator has offered land-based gambling to the country for several years, but only launched its online casino in 2019 following the implementation of national gambling legislation.

Björn Krants, the Chief of Global Market Operations at Yggdrasil, said in a statement: “Launching in yet another key regulated market is a huge achievement for us as we continue to implement our growth strategy in Europe and beyond.

“We have had a very successful partnership with Tipsport in the Czech Republic and are thrilled to extend this collaboration to Slovakia. Our content has resonated well with Tipsport’s customers and we are confident it will also appeal to Slovakian players.”

Tomas Chyle, the Online Casino Manager at Tipsport, added: “Yggdrasil’s portfolio offers a wide range of immersive and engaging games that have great appeal to our customer base. We are very excited to extend our partnership as we grow our brand in Slovakia and by offering Yggdrasil’s content, we significantly strengthen our fledgling casino offering.”

The above news comes not long after Yggdrasil expanded its presence in Switzerland after striking a content agreement with Casino Davos. Under the agreement, Yggdrasil’s entire portfolio of games were made available with Casino Davos’ casino777.ch website, allowing customers in the country to enjoy the developer’s high-quality content.

Meanwhile, Yggdrasil has continued to release new casino games, including Wild Joker’s Stacks, Siren Song, Golden Gorgon, Martian Miner Infinity Reels, Super Cash Drop, Crystal Falls MultiMax, Tiki Infinity Reels MegaWays, Robin – Nottingham Raiders, and so much more too.

In addition to all of the above, the studio has been partnering with new game developers for its YG Masters program, including Jade Rabbit Studios, Reel Life Games, LuckyStreak, Bulletproof Games, and more.
