Design Works Gaming Signs New Content Deal With Operator Betfred

DWG

Design Works Gaming (DWG) has revealed it’s signed a brand new content agreement with Betfred.

The independent game developer announced this week that it had signed an agreement with gambling operator Betfred in a bid to boost its presence.

Under this deal, DWG will provide Betfred with a selection of 20 of its best-performing titles including video slots, scratchcards, and unique casino non-reel games such as its popular Test Your Strength.

Twelve of the selected games will be made available on Betfred’s Vegas tab, which recently re-launched with a focus on providing players with an unbeatable vegas experience. The other eight games will be added to Betfred’s original Games website.

The agreement will help expand Design Works Gaming’s player reach via Betfred, one of the biggest gambling operators in the UK. What’s more, the deal will also help enhance the content available at Betfred, offering a more diverse selection of games and experiences.

DWG was founded back in 2005 and has been developing casino games ever since including online games and content for land-based venues. It’s also developed and released several free-to-play slot and scratchcard games for social media platforms.

Some of DWG’s most famous games include Hold Your Horses, Bear Tracks, Komodo Dragon, Wonders Of Africa, Tiger Palace, Empire Of Wilds, Golden Grand, Shifting Hearts, Wealthy Pig, Golden Grand Scratcher, Sparkling Gemstones, and Diamonds, Sapphires & Rubies.

What They Say

Andy Harris, the UK CEO of DWG, said in a statement: “Betfred is one of the best-known names in the industry so it is very exciting for us to sign with them as our first direct integration deal in British real-money gaming.

“Our portfolio has already proven itself commercially in both land-based and social casinos, so we are able to provide the very best content to our partners. We look forward to an enjoyable and lengthy partnership with Betfred as a result.”

Andy Horne, the Head of eGaming at Betfred, added: “DWG has a portfolio of content that has already been rigorously tested and enjoyed by millions of players. It also has a rich Las vegas heritage, so the fit of the games for our new Vegas site couldn’t be better.

“We have plans to significantly scale up the number of DWG games in the coming months, so this marks the start of an exciting journey for both of us and we’re delighted to be able to share these games with our customers.”
