Blueprint Gaming has launched a brand new online slot.
The popular game developers, the minds behind slots such as Mars Attacks! and The Goonies, announced a new historical slot game this week inspired by the Ancient Romans.
Rome: Rise of an Empire is a 5×3 reel slot that includes five exciting special features as well as plenty of unique and high-quality symbols including a gladiator helmet, a shield, sword, empress, gladiator and much more.
The game features wild symbol which substitutes for other symbols, except the bonus symbol, and helps to form winning combinations. Meanwhile, landing the tiger symbol can earn you one of five modifiers which change how the game plays. They are:
The fun doesn’t end there, however, as the game also boasts five fun bonus features which ramp up the excitement and difficulty of the game.
The bonuses are triggered by landing three or more bonus symbols. Once this happens, you’ll be presented with a bonus wheel which will spin and trigger one of five bonuses.
In the Urn Riches bonus feature, you’ll be presented with several urns, each hiding a multiplier. To claim them, you’ll need to match three values. Meanwhile, if you uncover the golden laurel, the Big Money Bonus feature will be triggered.
If you trigger the Empress’ Treasure Free Spins feature, you’ll be awarded 15 free spins. During the feature, the Empress symbol will expand and if it forms a winning combination, you’ll be awarded a cash bonus.
The Uprising special feature will require you to destroy the turrets of a fortress to win special cash prizes. The more you destroy, the better the reward.
In the Big Money Bonus feature, you’ll be asked to pick coins to reveal cash prizes. This bonus feature can only be triggered by landing five bonus symbols or by unlocking it from the Urn Riches feature.
Lastly, you have the Volcanic Cash Free Spins feature where you are awarded a random number of free spins and can collect multipliers as you play.
