After answering our initial question, we asked a follow-up and the agent disappeared for several minutes. Later on, the same agent ended our conversation early when we disagreed over previous messages. However, the other customer support agents we spoke to were much friendlier and helpful.

If you do run into a problem and need it sorted quickly, we suggest you use the site’s dedicated live chat service. Just don’t expect the best customer service when doing so.
